Health. Health and fitness. These seem to make their way to the top of New Year’s Resolutions lists each and every year. I know they’ve been on mine more than once.

So what makes this year any different? We are dealing with a virus. A deadly one. So for those of us that aren’t sick, health has quickly become a top priority. Staying healthy is the priority.

It’s important to note that health to you may be something completely different to someone else. So what I will be discussing in this post is what I am doing to make sure that I am being the healthiest I can be. I am in no way a doctor or aiming to give medical advice. I would always, always advise talking to your doctor before starting a new regiment whether it’s with your vitamins, your diet, and/or your lifestyle.

So the first thing you will notice is there is no multivitamin above… it’s just taking a good ole’ time having my next bottle shipped with everything going on with this virus.
